Elective eyelid surgery, known as Brow Pexy, is a surgery performed for cosmetic reasons. The purpose of this surgery is to improve the appearance of drooping or sagging eyelids. This procedure is considered cosmetic when no vision impairment or other medical condition is present. Insurance will not cover this surgery if it is determined to be elective.
