Discount applies to surgeries that are paid for in full between 7/1/2025 - 8/31/2025, with a date of service no later than 180 days from the date of payment. The discount applies only to elective procedures and not to medically necessary services covered by your health insurance plan. Discount cannot be combined with any other discounts.
