Laura Seeger

Office Manager

Laura Seeger attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. In 2008, she joined the team at Mountain View Medical Center. She began as an Ophthalmic Assistant and earned her Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) credential the following year. During her time at Mountain View Eye Center, Laura has worked as a technician, scribe, and clinical manager. In 2014 she made the decision to stay home with her children during their early years, and happily returned in 2018. In 2019, Laura transitioned from direct patient care to human resources. She has thoroughly enjoyed her experience at Mountain View Eye Center, from working directly with patients and doctors, ophthalmic photography and training new staff, to working behind the scenes and developing new skills professionally. In her spare time, she enjoys being outside with her children, traveling, cooking, and drawing.
